Refund & Exchange Policy

Please read this Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with LOOPD, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund Policy - The Basics

1. Customised Jewelry – No Refunds or Exchanges
All customized pieces are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Custom-selected charms or pendants

  • Made-to-order chain and charm combinations

  • Personalized items

Each custom item is made especially for you, based on your selections at the time of purchase. As such, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges or refunds on these items, except in the rare case of a confirmed manufacturing defect (see Section 4).
We encourage you to double-check all custom options before placing your order.

2. Pre-Made Jewelry – Exchange Only

We accept exchanges on pre-made jewelry (non-customized items) if a request is made within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must email us at createyourloop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving our return approval email.

We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the returned product shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

Please note: We do not offer refunds on pre-made jewelry. Only size or style exchanges (for equal or higher value, with the difference payable by the customer) will be considered.
